Terresa Bubbers is an assistant professor with over 25 years of extensive management and leadership experience in both health care and business sectors. Dr. Bubbers strong understanding of organizational dynamics stems from hands-on experience in health care and as a business owner, along with academic and research experience in the field. Recognizing the pivotal role of effective conflict resolution in both business and academia, Dr. Bubbers is a certified expert in conflict management. The qualification demonstrates her commitment to fostering positive and productive working environments. Dr. Bubbers has a strong passion for athletics and leadership. This unique blend of interests enables her to connect the dynamics of sports and effective leadership strategies, offering a holistic perspective.


Tom Thibodeau, MA Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership

Thomas Thibodeau is the Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University where he has been teaching for 39 years. Tom is the founder of the master's degree in Servant leadership at Viterbo, the first and only master's degree of its kind in the nation. He is a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, active community member and part owner of a country tavern. Thibodeau speaks and consults regionally and nationally on the Positive Power of Servant Leadership.
